About Me (he/him)

I am an OCD survivor and expert who has managed to beat and overcome multiple sub-types of high severe OCD without any therapy or medications. The result was seen after various exercises and techniques and fighting against it for 4+ years. Now I am on a journey to provide coaching to people suffering from the same illness to show them how they can do it too in their situation.

What will happen in this coaching?

In our first 15 mins call, we will go through your OCD symptoms and get to know more about your beliefs, knowledge, duration, severity, etc. After that, we will begin our coaching with a 1-hour session in which we will talk about your OCD in more detail and based on that I will ready weekly techniques and exercises to tackle those symptoms.


When we get done with the first week, we will discuss your thoughts, actions, results, etc and I will design another weekly action plan based on that for you if needed.


We will do this every week until you reach a point where you are satisfied and no longer in need of my coaching.
